2k morning swim - part IM

Today’s work out was part IM. It was a nice change (and a surprise to me). Fly kills my back though.
Long course today (in meters):
1) Warm up:
1 x 100 free
2 x 50 kick
1 x 100 free
2 x 50 kick
2) Warm up stroke/free interval:
4 x 100 on 2:20 (consisted of 50 any stroke + 50 free)
I picked breast stroke for the stroke portion
3) Main set - can’t remember all the interval times. There were too many numbers. lol
2 sets of the following:
2 x 50 free on 1:15
1 x 100 (50 fly + 50 free)
1 x 150 (100 breast + 50 free)
3 x 50 free on 1:15
1 x 100 (50 back + 50 free)
Some people dropped out of the lane, I started out towards the back, and ended up right after the lane leader. This was the slow lane in the morning workout, but I don’t wanna know what is going on over in the other lanes.
