Run - Pacing & Going

Keeping my neighborhood run over 3 miles by going slow for the first half. I used the leftover energy at the end to speed up. I saw four other runners on the street this morning. Lots of people training in the morning:) Stiff knees for the first half, but they became smooth later.
First .8 miles - 8:16 (10:20/mi)
Next 1.6 miles - 17:42 (11:03/mi)
Last .8 miles - 7:28 (9:20/mi)
