Sunday Morning Neighborhood Run

I kinda wanted to go to a swim workout, but the Sunday morning workout wasn’t on their latest schedule:( So I just went out to run instead. Increased the neighborhood run distance by another tiny block. The last quarter distance was a bit hard with some side pain (gurrrr!!! it still comes when I go long distance), but I sped up when I saw my home. It’s hard to resist it when I see the goal. Maybe I needed to slow down for the first half so I could enjoy my running. Pacing, pacing, pacing!!

work on breathing *all the way* in & out for the stitches. good job ratcheting up the distance

Thanx, I’ll try that next time! I’m almost there for 5k out on the streets!!
