Zoom zoom zoom… to the office

I made it in under 10 minutes again, even with some red lights! My thighs are feeling tight right now. Need to stretch.

they’re tight because you just punished your muscles without really giving them a workout. instead of pushing yourself in the morning, just go nice and slow, that way your muscles can benefit from stretching them once you get to work. then stretch again before you leave work and zoom home, since they’ll be looser at the end of the day. it’s not much of a workout, but it’s better than nothing.
