Running is good when I pace

I increased the distance by a tiny block today! I started out a little slower than the last couple days so I could maintain my energy till the end. As a result, I could actually speed up for the last 300 meters or so
First half - 8:51
Second half - 8:27
One way distance according to google map: 1.4km/0.8miles
(logging distance in km on sweat365 is better in getting more accurate average pace)
I did some yoga stretches before going out to run, so my left thigh wouldn’t get tight like it did for the last couple days. It seemed to have worked. I didn’t feel any strain when I was running.

Mwahahaha!! I was just publishing a looong post about my first 5k run on the treadmill when you commented. Nope, no slackin’! I did slack yesterday tho, I was hung over and didn’t do anything all day. It was goood.
