Run is better! Here’s a motivation trick

Yes! It was easier to run this morning. A banana and water may have helped. I didn’t feel sick like yesterday. The time compared to last week was much better too, more than a minute faster, YAY!!! Maybe run feels harder than before because I’m running faster?? (Oh, and I didn’t have to stop at a red light… that saves several seconds…)

I watched the Yes We Can video a couple times this morning and got out to run. It got my motivation up and made me feel positive about running when my body was half asleep. Good to have tricks to get going:)
