Indoor Run - 7/5

Run on a treadmill. As usual, treadmill was easier to run on than streets, so I was able to run longer. I’m getting closer little by little to my 5km (3.1mile) goal. I felt good even though it was right after biking. When my side started hurting, I took a big breath, and the pain immediately went away. I wonder if that was the trick or what.
