Swim feels good!! - 7/2

14 laps in the pool. I worked on my upper body with my buoy for half the swim. It should balance out with all the leg work out from running and cycling. The good news is that I felt much stronger than last time, I don’t breathe as heavy AND I don’t have to take much breaks in between laps. My body must be getting used to the cardio work out from running. It’s awesome when I can feel the difference like this! At this pace I can definitely keep increasing the distance.
